1. ORDERING SAMPLES:
We are happy to provide samples, however we reserve the right to inquire about sample requests and will refuse to accommodate any request we feel is abusive. Our standard policy is that we do not charge for samples if you provide us with your shipping account number. If it is necessary to charge you for samples, you will be advised.

2. PAYMENT:
Due to the permanent nature of producing custom products, all first-time orders: 50% deposit before shipping/Balance upon delivery. You can pay by credit card (Visa/Mcard/Amex) or company check.

3. ARTWORK/SET-UP:
Immediately after placing your order you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to send us your artwork. Once we receive your artwork and our art department has set-up your proof you will receive an e-mail or fax containing your Order Confirmation and Digital Art Proof. You must approve your order and artwork prior to production. Custom imprinting your logo on the DVD jacket requires a $75 fee for the setting up and sizing of the logo artwork on the DVD jacket.

4. SHIPPING:
Our standard freight method is UPS Ground Service. Shipping is charged at prevailing freight rates by carrier and we can ship with your account number if you prefer. If freight charges are not specified on your Order Confirmation we will bill your freight post-shipment and this may show up as a separate charge on your credit card.

5. DELIVERY TIME:
Standard production time is normally 10-15 working days. Please advise us ahead of time if your delivery request date is firm or if you need your items by a particular time of day. We will do our utmost to accommodate your delivery date.
